• AUTOMATIC OPERATION

  The Model II Spill Valve is designed to operate automatically in all conditions with a set point repeatability of 3%. Every component is engineered to withstand the most severe service and cargos. With the Model II you can load and transport your cargos with the peace of mind that comes with knowing your barges are equipped with the most reliable spill valve available.

• SIMPLE WEIGHT OPERATED DESIGN

  Exclusive weight-operated and pressure compensated design affords increased flow rates at reduced pressure drops. Once flow is initiated, the Superac Model II is the only weight-operated marine safety relief valve in the world that can flow with pressure drops at or below set point.

• EASILY FIELD TESTED

  Checking the Model II prior to each loading couldn't be easier. Simply lift the Test Handle to verify that the valve is working and/or is not stuck. Checking the Set Point is also easily accomplished and can be performed in less than two minutes.

• VAPOR TIGHT SEAL

  Simple yet effective valve seal and unique Teflon™ seal shield provide excellent vapor tightness and a long service life.

• 100% STAINLESS STEEL

  All components are 100% stainless steel. Even the bearings and the full weather covers are stainless steel.

• SIMPLE MAINTENANCE - NO TOOLS NEEDED

  Cleaning and maintenance can be performed without tools. Even the valve seal is easily replaced without tools.

• CERTIFIED TO MEET OR EXCEED ALL USCG REQUIREMENTS

  Each and every Model II is factory tested and certified to meet or exceed all USCG and ASTM F-1271 requirements and is suitable for use on ABS classed vessels.
